The purpose of this Refund & Cancellation Policy is to clearly explain when payments may be refundable, when they are strictly non-refundable, how cancellation requests are reviewed, how advertising and sponsored content payments are handled, how donations and contributions may be reviewed, and how users should raise payment-related concerns.
AILensNews may provide digital publishing, media, advertising, sponsored content, reader support, donation, contribution, subscription, communication, content review, editorial support, platform placement, newsletter-related, promotional, and campaign-related services. Many of these services involve advance planning, editorial review, content writing, slot reservation, technical scheduling, design, coordination, platform work, third-party dependencies, and irreversible effort once started.
Because digital services and media campaigns often begin immediately or shortly after payment, AILensNews applies a strict refund and cancellation approach. A payment should be made only when the user, advertiser, sponsor, agency, supporter, or client is ready to proceed. A change of mind, internal business delay, dissatisfaction after service start, change in brand plan, change in marketing strategy, delay in material submission by the client, or lack of expected response from audience does not automatically qualify for a refund.
All payments made to AILensNews are treated as final unless this policy or a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Payments may include donations, contributions, subscriptions, sponsored content fees, advertising fees, campaign fees, content placement fees, media publishing fees, digital campaign charges, promotional package payments, service retainers, booking amounts, advance payments, renewal payments, and other paid transactions connected with ailensnews.com.
Once AILensNews begins work or provides any part of the service, the payment is generally non-refundable. Work may include content review, writing, editing, design, campaign planning, slot reservation, technical setup, internal coordination, media preparation, publishing, distribution, advertisement scheduling, platform activation, invoice processing, account setup, strategy work, reporting work, or any other step taken after payment confirmation.
This no-refund principle applies even if the user later changes their mind, changes business priorities, delays approval, fails to provide content, disagrees with platform performance, does not receive expected leads, does not receive expected traffic, does not receive expected publicity, does not receive expected donations, does not receive expected visibility, or decides not to continue.
A cancellation request may be reviewed only if it is submitted in writing before AILensNews has started any work, reserved any slot, assigned any team member, prepared any content, processed any internal file, booked any platform activity, scheduled any campaign, shared any draft, activated any subscription, published any content, or incurred any cost.
Even where a request is made before work starts, cancellation is not automatically approved. AILensNews may review the payment status, request timing, service type, internal allocation, third-party booking, campaign commitment, administrative cost, payment provider deduction, and any written terms accepted at the time of payment.
If AILensNews approves cancellation before work starts, it may deduct administrative charges, payment gateway fees, processing charges, banking charges, tax-related deductions where applicable, communication costs, transaction costs, and any cost already incurred. The final refund decision will be at the discretion of AILensNews, subject to the specific service and transaction details.
Once AILensNews has started work, cancellation may not be permitted. Work may be considered started even if the final article, advertisement, campaign, publication, report, placement, or deliverable has not yet been made public.
Work may include internal briefing, editorial review, keyword review, content drafting, headline preparation, article editing, image review, media handling, design work, campaign planning, sponsored content formatting, platform scheduling, content upload, backend processing, invoice generation, slot reservation, advertiser coordination, client communication, approval follow-up, publisher coordination, newsletter setup, campaign mapping, reporting preparation, or any similar operational step.
A user cannot cancel merely because the final output is pending, because approvals are delayed, because the user has not supplied complete material, because the user wants to change the campaign direction, or because the user no longer wants the service after work has begun. In such cases, AILensNews may continue the agreed service, pause the service, revise the schedule, or close the order as non-refundable depending on the situation.
All payments made for advertising campaigns, display advertisements, banner placements, sponsored blocks, paid promotions, native advertising, platform campaigns, brand campaigns, newsletter advertising, campaign cards, commercial placements, promotional visibility, or similar advertising services are non-refundable once the campaign has been booked, scheduled, prepared, activated, published, displayed, submitted for delivery, or run on ailensnews.com.
There is no refund or cancellation once an advertisement has gone live, appeared on the platform, been scheduled for publication, been technically uploaded, been reserved in inventory, been included in a campaign plan, or been made available for display. This applies whether the campaign runs for one hour, one day, one week, one month, or any other agreed period.
Advertising performance is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. AILensNews does not guarantee clicks, leads, conversions, sales, website traffic, calls, inquiries, impressions, rankings, search results, audience response, public reaction, investor response, ticket sales, event attendance, brand reputation change, or any specific commercial outcome from advertising activity.
Payments for sponsored articles, branded content, paid features, advertorials, promotional interviews, founder profiles, company profiles, product announcements, event promotions, campaign stories, partnership features, paid thought-leadership content, paid guest content, and other sponsored publishing services are non-refundable once work has started.
Work may include reviewing material, preparing questions, drafting content, editing supplied copy, preparing headlines, creating metadata, selecting categories, reviewing media, checking claims, preparing disclosure labels, uploading content, scheduling publication, sending drafts for approval, or publishing the article.
Once sponsored content is published on ailensnews.com, no refund will be provided. This applies even if the advertiser later wants changes, dislikes the final public response, wants a different headline, wants more traffic, wants removal, wants delayed publication, wants a new campaign direction, or claims that the sponsored content did not generate expected business results.
There is strictly no refund once any content, advertisement, sponsored article, promotional feature, banner, campaign page, image, video, profile, announcement, listing, newsletter placement, or media asset has been published, displayed, embedded, distributed, promoted, made live, or otherwise placed on ailensnews.com.
Publication may be considered completed when the content is made available to readers, indexed by the website, shared through website systems, scheduled in backend systems, sent through a newsletter, displayed in a campaign area, included in a promotional section, or otherwise activated for public or limited access.
A user cannot claim a refund after publication by saying that the content should have been written differently, that the campaign did not perform as expected, that the user changed their mind, that the user’s internal team did not approve the campaign, that the user missed the approval timeline, or that the user wants to withdraw the material after publication.
If AILensNews has run any campaign on its platform, partially or fully, the payment for that campaign is non-refundable. A campaign is considered run when it has been activated, displayed, published, promoted, scheduled, delivered to any audience, included in a website area, shared through any agreed channel, or made live for any period.
A campaign does not need to complete the full booked duration for the no-refund rule to apply if cancellation is requested after activation. If a campaign has started and the advertiser asks to stop it, AILensNews may stop future delivery where technically possible, but it is not required to refund the amount paid.
Partial campaign delivery, early pause, user-requested stop, advertiser delay, creative rejection, lack of response from advertiser, or low engagement does not automatically create any refund right.
Where AILensNews provides or coordinates platform-related digital services, promotional support, content marketing, newsletter support, digital campaign setup, content distribution, listing work, article optimization, image formatting, metadata work, sponsored content activation, campaign tracking, audience measurement, or related digital activity, payments are non-refundable once the order is processed.
Digital services often involve internal time, technical activity, planning, campaign setup, writing, editing, review, platform use, and professional effort that cannot be returned after being performed. For this reason, the user agrees that payment is for the work, access, coordination, service effort, platform use, and campaign opportunity, not for a guaranteed business result.
If a digital campaign requires user input and the user delays, refuses, or fails to provide content, approvals, brand assets, payment confirmation, campaign instructions, or technical access, AILensNews may pause or close the campaign without refund.
Donations, reader contributions, support journalism payments, voluntary support amounts, contribution campaign payments, and similar support transactions are generally non-refundable once paid, unless there is a clear duplicate payment, technical error, unauthorized transaction concern, or other issue accepted by AILensNews after review.
A donation or contribution is a voluntary support payment. It does not purchase editorial control, advertising rights, article publication, content removal, search ranking, special coverage, or guaranteed access unless expressly stated in writing as part of a specific support option.
Donation-related refund requests may be sent to donations@ailensnews.com. The request should include the user’s name, email address used for payment, payment date, amount, transaction reference where available, reason for request, and supporting evidence. AILensNews may approve, reject, or partially review the request depending on the situation.
Where AILensNews offers subscriptions, memberships, recurring support, premium access, paid newsletters, contribution-based access, or similar recurring options, users may request cancellation according to the cancellation method available for that service.
Cancellation of a recurring subscription may stop future billing, but it does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period, previous billing periods, already-served access, content already delivered, newsletters already sent, membership benefits already provided, or platform access already made available.
If subscription access has already started, payment for that cycle may be non-refundable. AILensNews may, at its discretion, allow the user to continue using the service until the end of the paid period rather than issuing a refund. If a subscription includes a gift, bonus, promotional benefit, discount, trial, free access, special report, or bundled feature, cancellation may be subject to additional review.
Users are responsible for managing renewal dates, recurring billing settings, payment methods, and cancellation requests before the next billing cycle. If a user fails to cancel before renewal and the payment is processed, the renewal payment may be non-refundable once access, benefit, service, or support period begins.
AILensNews may send reminders where available, but it is not responsible for a user failing to read reminders, update payment settings, check account details, cancel in time, or manage recurring instructions with their payment provider.
Renewal disputes should be sent to support@ailensnews.com with complete transaction details. AILensNews may review duplicate billing, technical errors, or unauthorized transaction concerns, but ordinary failure to cancel before renewal may not qualify for refund.
Payments for event listings, profile listings, featured placements, premium visibility, directory placement, special mentions, campaign highlights, announcement placement, promotional listing, calendar placement, event coverage, speaker profile, award mention, or similar visibility-based service are non-refundable once the listing or placement work has started.
If the event is postponed, cancelled, changed, relocated, rescheduled, renamed, or modified by the client, organizer, or third party, AILensNews is not automatically required to refund the listing or promotion fee. AILensNews may, at its discretion, update the content, revise the date, pause the listing, or provide alternate placement where practical.
No refund will be provided after the listing, feature, or promotional placement has been published, scheduled, or activated.
Some campaigns may involve third-party costs, including platform tools, advertising tools, design support, content support, technology providers, payment providers, external media vendors, stock assets, freelance contributors, creative teams, distribution services, data tools, or other external resources.
Any third-party cost paid, committed, booked, reserved, or incurred by AILensNews is non-refundable. If the user cancels after such cost is incurred, AILensNews may deduct the full third-party cost from any amount that may otherwise be reviewed.
AILensNews is not responsible for refund limitations, delays, deductions, or refusal by third-party providers. If a third-party provider refuses refund, deducts fees, changes delivery, delays service, or imposes cancellation charges, those consequences may be passed to the user.
Refunds, where approved, may be subject to payment gateway fees, bank charges, currency conversion costs, transaction charges, platform fees, service charges, administrative costs, tax-related deductions where applicable, and any other processing cost incurred during payment or refund handling.
AILensNews may deduct such charges from the approved refund amount. If a payment provider does not return processing fees, AILensNews is not required to bear those costs.
Refund timing may depend on payment provider processing, bank systems, payment method, user account details, transaction verification, and internal review. AILensNews does not guarantee instant refund credit after approval.
If a user believes they have made a duplicate payment, they should contact AILensNews in writing with transaction references, payment dates, amounts, screenshots where available, and the email address used for payment.
AILensNews may review payment records and, if a genuine duplicate payment is confirmed and no additional service, campaign, subscription, or support benefit was attached to the duplicate amount, AILensNews may approve a refund or credit adjustment.
Duplicate payment review does not apply where the user intentionally purchased two services, renewed a subscription, made multiple contributions, paid for multiple campaigns, bought additional visibility, or separately authorized multiple payments.
If a transaction fails but money is deducted from the user’s account, the user should first check with the payment provider or bank. In some cases, failed payments are automatically reversed by the payment provider without AILensNews receiving the amount.
AILensNews can review only payments that are actually received or confirmed in its records. If AILensNews has not received the payment, it may not be able to issue a refund. The user may need to raise the matter with the payment provider.
If AILensNews later receives a failed or delayed transaction amount, it may review whether to activate the service, adjust the order, issue credit, or process refund depending on the transaction and service status.
If a user believes a payment was unauthorized, the user should immediately contact the payment provider and also notify AILensNews through support@ailensnews.com. The notification should include transaction details, payment date, amount, payment method reference where available, and the reason the user believes the payment was unauthorized.
AILensNews may review whether the payment is linked to a known order, subscription, campaign, donation, contribution, advertising service, or account activity. AILensNews may pause related services while reviewing the matter.
False unauthorized payment claims may lead to cancellation of services, account restriction, rejection of future orders, preservation of records, and further review.
Users should contact AILensNews before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider. AILensNews may attempt to resolve genuine payment concerns through internal review where possible.
If a user raises a chargeback after receiving services, after a campaign has run, after sponsored content has been published, after advertising has gone live, after digital work has started, or after a voluntary donation has been processed, AILensNews may contest the chargeback and provide service records, publication records, campaign logs, communication records, invoices, approval records, and other evidence.
Chargebacks may result in suspension of services, removal of access, cancellation of future campaigns, refusal of future orders, recovery of costs, and preservation of records for dispute handling.
No refund will be provided where service delivery is delayed, paused, or affected because the user, advertiser, sponsor, agency, or client fails to provide required information, approvals, content, images, logo files, campaign details, payment confirmation, technical access, legal approvals, brand guidelines, or timely communication.
If AILensNews is ready to proceed but the client delays the process, the order remains active or may be closed as non-refundable after reasonable follow-up. AILensNews is not responsible for loss of campaign timing, missed publication opportunity, delayed event promotion, or reduced impact caused by client delay.
Where a campaign has a time-sensitive nature, users must provide complete materials before the deadline. Failure to do so does not create a refund right.
A change of mind does not qualify for refund once payment has been made and the order has been accepted or processed. This includes situations where the client changes campaign strategy, changes brand direction, decides not to publish, changes internal management decision, cancels an event, changes product launch date, pauses marketing budget, chooses another vendor, or no longer wants the service.
AILensNews may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling, credit adjustment, alternate content use, or future service conversion in limited cases where no work has started and no cost has been incurred. Such adjustment is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in writing.
Once work has started, no refund will be provided due to change of mind.
No refund will be provided merely because the user is dissatisfied with campaign results, traffic, impressions, ranking, engagement, inquiries, sales, conversions, donations, subscriptions, media pickup, public response, audience reaction, brand impact, or search visibility.
Media and advertising performance depends on many external factors, including audience interest, timing, competition, headline appeal, creative quality, brand reputation, market conditions, user demand, platform behaviour, search behaviour, external news cycles, and advertiser offer quality.
AILensNews may provide a platform, publication, placement, campaign effort, or agreed service, but it does not guarantee commercial success unless expressly agreed in writing.
Where a user is dissatisfied with content quality, wording, headline, caption, formatting, image placement, category selection, disclosure note, link placement, or publication layout, AILensNews may review whether a reasonable correction or revision is possible. A revision request does not automatically create a refund right.
AILensNews may refuse revision requests that are misleading, legally risky, promotional beyond the agreed scope, factually unsupported, inconsistent with editorial policy, received after publication deadlines, or outside the agreed service.
A reasonable revision, where accepted, is the primary remedy for content-related concerns. Refund will not be provided merely because the user prefers a different writing style after work has been completed or published.
AILensNews may reject submitted material if it violates website policy, contains unsupported claims, infringes rights, uses unauthorized media, creates legal risk, includes misleading content, contains harmful claims, lacks required disclosure, or is unsuitable for publication.
If AILensNews rejects material after work has started because the client provided improper, incomplete, unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized content, the payment remains non-refundable. The client may be asked to provide replacement material within a reasonable time.
If the client fails to provide acceptable replacement material, AILensNews may close the order without refund.
AILensNews may cancel, refuse, suspend, or discontinue a service, campaign, advertisement, sponsored content order, publication request, subscription, contribution, or user access where necessary. Reasons may include policy violation, payment issue, rights concern, misleading claims, legal risk, abusive conduct, suspicious transaction, technical issue, platform limitation, user non-cooperation, or internal review.
If AILensNews cancels before starting any work and no cost has been incurred, it may review whether refund, credit, or alternate service is appropriate. If AILensNews cancels after work has started due to user fault, policy violation, inaccurate material, rights issue, or legal concern, the payment may remain non-refundable.
AILensNews reserves the right to protect its platform, readers, editorial standards, and company interests.
Partial delivery does not automatically create a partial refund. In digital campaigns and media services, substantial work may occur before visible completion. Drafting, review, planning, editing, slot reservation, internal coordination, creative preparation, technical setup, and scheduling may represent meaningful service delivery.
If only part of a campaign is delivered due to user delay, user cancellation, material rejection, legal concern, technical limitation, or user non-cooperation, AILensNews may treat the order as fulfilled or partially fulfilled without refund.
Where AILensNews decides to offer credit, extension, alternate placement, or revised delivery, such decision is discretionary and does not create a general refund obligation.
In limited cases, AILensNews may offer a service credit instead of a refund. A service credit may be used for a future campaign, revised publication, alternative placement, subscription period, contribution adjustment, or another service approved by AILensNews.
Service credits are not guaranteed, may be time-limited, may be non-transferable, may not be exchangeable for cash, and may be subject to internal approval. AILensNews may refuse credit where cancellation is caused by user fault, policy violation, legal risk, or non-cooperation.
A service credit must be confirmed in writing by AILensNews. Verbal discussions or informal messages do not create a binding credit unless confirmed through an authorized channel.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Donation or contribution refund requests may be sent to donations@ailensnews.com. General refund, subscription, cancellation, advertising, campaign, or support requests may be sent to support@ailensnews.com.
A request should include:
Incomplete requests may be delayed or rejected until the required information is provided.
AILensNews may review refund or cancellation requests within a reasonable period after receiving complete information. Review time may depend on payment verification, service status, campaign records, publication status, internal approvals, payment provider response, third-party cost review, and whether additional information is required.
Approval of a refund request is not guaranteed. Acknowledgment of a request does not mean acceptance. AILensNews may ask follow-up questions, request proof, review internal records, check platform logs, consult relevant teams, or reject the request based on this policy.
If a refund is approved, the time required for money to appear in the user’s account may depend on the payment provider, bank, payment method, account details, holidays, technical systems, and processing timelines.
Where a refund is approved, AILensNews may refund through the original payment method where possible. If the original method is not available, AILensNews may request additional information to process the refund through an alternate approved method.
AILensNews may not issue refunds to a different person, account, business, wallet, or payment method unless it is satisfied that the request is legitimate and safe. Identity verification may be required.
Refunds may be reduced by transaction charges, gateway fees, administrative costs, third-party costs, service charges, deductions, or other amounts permitted under this policy.
AILensNews may deduct administrative charges from any approved refund. Administrative charges may reflect order review, payment processing, internal communication, invoice handling, service setup, cancellation review, refund processing, accounting, support time, and operational effort.
Administrative charges may apply even where no final publication occurred, if internal work or processing was already completed. AILensNews may decide the applicable deduction based on the transaction type and work already performed.
No administrative charge refund will be provided once a refund is processed.
Refunds, where approved, may be subject to tax treatment, payment deductions, gateway fees, service charges, platform deductions, currency conversion differences, bank charges, and administrative adjustments. AILensNews is not responsible for deductions made by payment providers, banks, platforms, or tax systems outside its control.
If an invoice has already been issued, AILensNews may require internal accounting review before refund processing. Credit notes, adjustments, or revised records may be handled according to internal process.
The refund amount received by the user may be lower than the original amount paid due to permitted deductions.
AILensNews may reject refund or cancellation requests that are abusive, threatening, misleading, repetitive, dishonest, unsupported, made in bad faith, submitted after service completion, or intended to avoid payment after receiving services.
Examples of refund misuse may include claiming non-delivery after publication, disputing payment after campaign delivery, demanding refund due to poor audience response, attempting chargeback after receiving sponsored content, submitting false unauthorized payment claims, or threatening negative publicity to force refund.
AILensNews may preserve communication records and restrict future services where the refund process is misused.
AILensNews may make the final decision on refund and cancellation requests based on this policy, transaction records, campaign status, service progress, publication status, user conduct, payment status, and internal review.
A user’s disagreement with the decision does not create an automatic right to refund. AILensNews may provide a response, request more information, offer alternate resolution, or close the matter depending on the situation.
AILensNews reserves the right to protect its platform, business operations, service time, editorial standards, campaign inventory, and financial position.
Donation and contribution refund concerns may be sent to donations@ailensnews.com. General refund, cancellation, subscription, campaign, advertising, sponsored content, and support-related concerns may be sent to support@ailensnews.com. Where phone support is available, users may contact +91-9831573438 for basic assistance; however, written communication is required for official refund and cancellation review.
Users should provide complete details so that AILensNews can identify the transaction, review the service status, and respond appropriately. AILensNews may route the matter to support, finance, advertising, editorial, technical, legal, administration, or compliance personnel depending on the issue.
AILensNews may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time due to changes in payment methods, donation options, subscription services, advertising services, sponsored content practices, campaign operations, payment gateway requirements, internal review process, reader support options, or platform operations.
Updated versions may be posted on this page. Continued access to or use of ailensnews.com after an update means the user has had the opportunity to review the revised policy. AILensNews reserves the right to apply the updated policy to future transactions and, where appropriate, to pending requests under review.
Users, advertisers, sponsors, agencies, contributors, supporters, and clients are advised to read this policy carefully before making any payment to AILensNews.
