District-Level Competition Promotes Drug-Free Youth in Mayabunder

Port Blair, India Aug 25, 2026 ALN: My Bharat, in collaboration with Mahatma Gandhi College, Mayabunder, organized a district-level competition under the Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat campaign to promote awareness about the importance of a drug-free society and encourage youth participation in nation-building activities. This initiative is part of a broader national effort to combat substance abuse among the youth and foster a healthier, more productive society.

The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Mr. S. Krishna Chaitanya, ADM, Mayabunder, in the presence of Mr. Deepak Kumar, District Youth Officer, My Bharat, Dr. B.B. Mondal, Principal In-charge, Mr. Kandimutthu, and faculty members including Prof. Godson, Prof. Ajhar, and Prof. Satyaprakash, among other guests and faculty members.
