The purpose of these Community Guidelines is to support respectful reader participation and protect the integrity of AILensNews community spaces. AILensNews may allow users to comment, submit feedback, share information, respond to articles, send story tips, raise concerns, or contribute material. These activities can help improve public discussion, but they must be handled responsibly.
AILensNews does not allow community features to be used for abuse, harassment, threats, spam, misinformation, unlawful activity, impersonation, privacy violations, copyright infringement, hate-based attacks, malicious claims, or irrelevant promotional activity. Reader participation should contribute to discussion, correction, clarification, public interest, or meaningful engagement.
These guidelines also help users understand that publication, display, acceptance, or continued availability of user activity is not guaranteed. AILensNews may review user activity before or after it appears and may act without prior notice where required for safety, editorial integrity, legal protection, or website operation.
Users should engage with other readers, writers, editors, sources, public figures, and affected persons respectfully. Disagreement is allowed, but abusive conduct is not. A user may criticize an article, opinion, public statement, business claim, policy, performance, review, or public issue, but that criticism must not become harassment, personal abuse, threats, discrimination, or targeted intimidation.
Respectful participation means avoiding insults, degrading language, repeated provocation, personal attacks, humiliation, mockery based on identity or vulnerability, hostile behaviour, or attempts to silence others through abuse. AILensNews may remove or restrict comments that create an unsafe or hostile discussion environment.
Community spaces should help readers exchange views and information. They should not become spaces for personal fights, harassment campaigns, or repeated disruption.
User comments, submissions, and responses should be relevant to the article, topic, question, or communication channel involved. AILensNews may remove irrelevant, repetitive, off-topic, promotional, misleading, or disruptive posts.
Examples of irrelevant participation may include unrelated business promotions, repeated political slogans unrelated to the article, copy-pasted comments, promotional links, unrelated personal disputes, chain messages, repeated complaints across multiple articles, or attempts to redirect the discussion away from the published topic.
AILensNews may allow reasonable broader discussion where it remains connected to the topic and adds reader value. However, irrelevant or disruptive participation may be restricted to protect the quality of the community space.
AILensNews does not allow harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, targeted abuse, coordinated attacks, or repeated unwanted contact through its website or related communication channels. Users must not threaten harm, encourage harm, publish abusive remarks, or target individuals with repeated hostile messages.
Prohibited conduct may include threats of violence, threats of legal abuse without basis, threats to expose personal information, degrading comments, repeated unwanted messages, hostile tagging, intimidation of writers or sources, and attempts to pressure AILensNews personnel through abusive language.
If a user’s conduct creates risk to safety, privacy, editorial operations, or website integrity, AILensNews may remove the content, restrict the user, preserve records, or take other appropriate action.
AILensNews does not allow content that attacks, dehumanizes, humiliates, excludes, or promotes hostility against individuals or groups based on protected or sensitive identity characteristics. This includes content that encourages hatred, violence, segregation, humiliation, or discriminatory treatment.
Users may discuss public issues, policies, social matters, cultural developments, and controversial topics, but they must do so without using hateful abuse, slurs, degrading stereotypes, or calls for harm. AILensNews may remove content that targets people or groups in a way that undermines safety and respectful discussion.
Content that uses coded language, disguised slurs, or indirect attacks may also be reviewed where the intent or effect is abusive.
Users must not post threats, encourage violence, celebrate serious harm, promote dangerous conduct, or provide instructions for harmful activity. AILensNews may restrict or remove content that appears to threaten individuals, public figures, journalists, institutions, readers, or any other person.
Content that encourages self-harm, serious injury, abuse, exploitation, mob action, vigilantism, or unlawful conduct may be removed. AILensNews may also restrict graphic or disturbing material where it is unnecessary, exploitative, or harmful to readers.
Where content appears to create immediate or serious safety concerns, AILensNews may take stronger action, including preserving records or escalating the matter where appropriate.
Users must not knowingly post false, misleading, fabricated, manipulated, or unsupported claims in AILensNews community spaces. This includes false claims about public events, health, finance, education, legal matters, public safety, elections, disasters, companies, individuals, or published AILensNews content.
AILensNews may remove or restrict misleading claims where they may confuse readers, damage reputations, create public harm, or disrupt informed discussion. Users should provide credible sources when making serious claims.
AILensNews may also remove comments that misrepresent the content of an article, falsely claim that AILensNews published something it did not publish, or repeatedly spread claims already identified as unsupported.
Users must not post defamatory, malicious, knowingly false, or unsupported statements about individuals, companies, institutions, writers, editors, advertisers, contributors, or public figures. Serious allegations must not be made casually or without a reliable basis.
A comment or submission that accuses a person or organization of wrongdoing, fraud, crime, misconduct, professional failure, corruption, dishonesty, or harmful behaviour may require support, context, and legal caution. AILensNews may remove such content even if the user believes it to be true, especially where the claim is unsupported or creates legal risk.
Users remain responsible for the content they submit. AILensNews moderation does not remove user responsibility for unlawful or harmful statements.
Users must not publish private or personal information about another person without a valid reason and proper authority. This includes phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, identification numbers, private photographs, medical details, financial details, private messages, family information, location details, or other sensitive personal information.
AILensNews may remove content that exposes private persons, children, victims, patients, students, employees, sources, or unrelated individuals. Public-interest discussion does not justify unnecessary exposure of private information.
Users must also avoid sharing their own sensitive personal information in public comments or submissions where it is not required. AILensNews may remove or redact such information where necessary.
Community activity involving children, students, patients, victims, grieving families, private individuals, or vulnerable persons must be handled with particular care. Users must not identify, shame, mock, harass, exploit, or expose vulnerable individuals through comments, submissions, screenshots, images, or personal details.
AILensNews may remove content that creates risk to children or vulnerable persons, even where the user claims the information is already publicly available. Public availability does not always make republication appropriate in a community discussion.
Content involving minors or vulnerable individuals may be restricted where privacy, dignity, safety, or fairness concerns arise.
AILensNews does not allow community spaces to be used for spam, unrelated promotions, repeated advertisements, suspicious links, affiliate links, mass posting, fake engagement, lead generation, or commercial solicitation without authorization.
Users must not post repeated business promotions, unrelated service offers, investment schemes, product advertisements, recruitment messages, paid links, referral codes, fundraising links, or promotional claims in comment or reader areas unless AILensNews has expressly allowed that use.
AILensNews may remove promotional content and restrict users who repeatedly misuse community spaces for commercial activity.
Users must not impersonate another person, organization, journalist, editor, public official, advertiser, contributor, reader, or representative of AILensNews. Users must not falsely suggest that they are connected with AILensNews, endorsed by AILensNews, authorized to speak for AILensNews, or acting on behalf of another person without authority.
AILensNews may remove accounts, comments, or submissions that use misleading names, false credentials, fake affiliations, deceptive profile information, or impersonation tactics.
Where identity is relevant to a submission, correction request, content complaint, or legal notice, AILensNews may request verification before acting on the request.
Users must not submit or post content that violates copyright, media rights, licensing rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights. This includes copied articles, unauthorized photographs, unlicensed videos, stolen graphics, copyrighted screenshots used improperly, copied captions, pirated materials, or content copied from another publisher without permission or lawful basis.
If a user submits media, they must have the right to submit it. AILensNews may request proof of ownership, permission, credit details, or licensing information before reviewing or publishing the material.
Copyright concerns relating to community content may be directed to legal@ailensnews.com where appropriate.
Users may submit story tips, feedback, corrections, public-interest information, documents, images, or other material to AILensNews where submission channels are available. Submission does not guarantee publication, response, investigation, acceptance, or continued availability.
Users submitting material must ensure that the information is accurate, lawful, relevant, and not misleading. They must not submit forged documents, manipulated images, private information without authority, confidential material without a valid basis, defamatory claims, copied content, or material intended to harm another person unfairly.
AILensNews may review, verify, edit, reject, archive, or delete submissions depending on editorial relevance, legal risk, source strength, privacy concerns, and newsroom capacity.
Where comments or reader discussion features are available, users should participate in a manner that supports informed discussion. Comments should be relevant to the article, respectful toward others, and free from abuse, spam, threats, misinformation, and unlawful content.
AILensNews may moderate comments before or after publication. A comment may be removed even if it was visible for a period of time. Visibility does not mean that AILensNews endorses the comment or accepts responsibility for the user’s statement.
AILensNews may close comments on certain articles, restrict discussion on sensitive topics, or disable community features where moderation concerns, legal risk, safety concerns, or resource limits arise.
AILensNews may moderate user activity to protect readers, editorial standards, legal rights, safety, and website quality. Moderation may include reviewing, editing, rejecting, hiding, deleting, restricting, disabling, preserving, or escalating comments, submissions, links, images, documents, or user activity.
Moderation decisions may be based on these guidelines, website policies, editorial judgment, legal concern, privacy concern, reader safety, spam prevention, or technical protection. AILensNews is not required to publish every user submission or explain every moderation decision.
AILensNews may moderate content manually, with technical assistance, or through a combination of review methods. Errors may occur, and AILensNews may review concerns where appropriate.
AILensNews may remove user content where it violates these guidelines, creates legal risk, contains inaccurate or misleading information, infringes rights, exposes private information, threatens safety, abuses other users, disrupts discussion, or conflicts with website policies.
Removal may occur with or without notice. AILensNews may also remove content to reduce harm, protect a person’s privacy, comply with a complaint, correct a technical issue, or maintain the integrity of the website.
Removal does not automatically mean that AILensNews accepts fault, liability, or the claims of a complainant. It may be a practical editorial or moderation decision.
AILensNews may restrict users who violate these guidelines. Restrictions may include comment removal, submission rejection, temporary blocking, permanent blocking, email filtering, account limitation where accounts are available, or refusal to engage with abusive communication.
Repeated violations may lead to stronger action. Serious violations, including threats, harassment, impersonation, spam attacks, unlawful content, privacy exposure, or repeated copyright infringement, may result in immediate restriction.
AILensNews may also restrict users who attempt to evade moderation by using multiple identities, repeated emails, altered names, automated posting, or coordinated activity.
Users may report concerns involving abusive comments, false claims, copyright issues, privacy exposure, impersonation, spam, harassment, threats, or other violations of these guidelines. Reports should include the page URL, the specific content involved, the reason for concern, and supporting information where available.
General support concerns may be sent to support@ailensnews.com. Editorial concerns may be sent to editorial@ailensnews.com. Legal concerns may be sent to legal@ailensnews.com.
AILensNews may review the report and decide whether to remove content, restrict a user, add context, request more information, reject the report, or take another appropriate action.
A user may request review if they believe their comment, submission, or account activity was restricted by mistake. Review requests should be respectful, specific, and should explain why the user believes the decision should be reconsidered.
AILensNews may review a moderation decision but is not required to restore content or provide detailed reasoning. AILensNews may decline appeals that are abusive, repetitive, unclear, unsupported, or intended to pressure moderation personnel.
If content is restored, AILensNews may still edit, label, limit, or monitor it where appropriate.
Community participation does not control AILensNews editorial decisions. Reader comments, campaigns, complaints, social activity, or repeated messages do not require AILensNews to publish, remove, rewrite, investigate, or promote any content in a particular manner.
AILensNews may consider reader feedback where it is relevant, credible, and useful. However, editorial decisions remain with authorized editorial personnel. Community activity must not be used to pressure, threaten, manipulate, or harass AILensNews staff, contributors, sources, or other users.
Readers with genuine editorial concerns may contact editorial@ailensnews.com with clear details.
AILensNews may retain records of user submissions, comments, complaints, moderation decisions, reports, support messages, legal concerns, abusive activity, spam patterns, and related communication where necessary for website safety, dispute handling, editorial review, legal protection, and operational purposes.
AILensNews is not required to disclose internal moderation notes, private reports, confidential communications, reviewer identities, unpublished submissions, technical data, or legal review material unless required through appropriate process.
Recordkeeping may help AILensNews identify repeated abuse, protect users, respond to complaints, and improve moderation practices.
User comments, submissions, views, links, images, or other materials posted or sent by users do not necessarily reflect the views of AILensNews. AILensNews does not endorse user statements merely because they appear on the website or are submitted to the newsroom.
Users are responsible for the content they submit. AILensNews may moderate or remove user content, but moderation does not mean that AILensNews has verified, approved, or accepted responsibility for every user statement.
Readers should use judgment when reviewing user comments or submitted material.
AILensNews may update these Community Guidelines from time to time due to changes in website features, moderation practices, reader feedback, safety concerns, editorial needs, submission processes, comment tools, spam patterns, legal concerns, or internal review.
Updated versions may be posted on this page. Continued access to or use of ailensnews.com after an update means the user has had the opportunity to review the revised guidelines. AILensNews may apply updated guidelines to future user activity and, where necessary, to existing content or conduct under review.
